From what I watch from the video, it's shows that people can share their thought and creativity through blog, Myspace, Friendster and so on. They can share with other people around the world as people always going to their site and interact with each other. In fact, they can comment it, give opinion or rate it so that the owner of the site can upgrade it or make it more better. With this media, it can give people chance to show their creativeness eventhough they are from corporate company or for own personal.
